FAQ in Trade

• How long does it take you to make up a sample?

It needs  3~5 days after receiving your demand. ( If you have a sudden event, we can follow your demand.)

•  Do you use a pricing formula or do you require me to fax the artwork for a quote prior to each order?

We require you to fax the artwork for a quote prior to each order as a pricing formula isn't always useful for any situation.

•  How long does production take?

It needs 7~10 days after receiving your orders. ( If you have a sudden event, we can follow your  demand.)

• What is your minimum order quantity?

          5000 pcs is our minimum order quantity.

• Are you operating on pantone color or do you have a thread color chart?

          We're operating on pantone color and any color which you define.

• Can you supply me with samples of your labels (taffeta, satin, damask and ribbon  etc.)?

          Yes, but you have to tell us your data as follows:

• Company name
• Your name
• Address
• Fax number
• Phone  number

• If we requested samples, could they be produced and what is the cost?

First, if you want us to R&D a kind of label, we'll communicate with you and discuss about the label specifications as follows:

1. Logo
2. Colors
3. Label width and length
4. Quality: Taffeta or Satin
5. Type of weaving : Single Shuttle / Double Shuttle / Twill Ground / Up ground / Double Face / Damask ...
6. Type of finish :  By Rolls / Fuse Cut / End Fold / Miter Fold / Center Fold / Laser cut .....
7. Additional Special Finishing : Adhesive backing / Merrowing / Iron on backing /  Yarn Injection / Non-Woven Backing / Embossing

After you confirm all of the above, we'll start making up samples. It takes 3~5 days to  making up samples. When finishing, we'll sent about 50pcs samples to you. The delivery time is about 7~10 days by post. So, the R&D charges of sample per time is USA 100.   Second, if your total order quantities are over 100,000 pcs, we'll discount the R&D charges. It would be USA 50.   Moreover, if you are our long term customer, or you really order our labels in the near future, you just need to pay the mail fee.    

PS.

• Long term means we need to sign an agreement for our label corporation more than 1 year. The  quantities must be over 100,000units every month.       
• R&D means you give me your samples, then we develop it until you accept.      
• We will guarantee the size of the label will not vary.
